Hi everyone! I can’t believe it is already the end of week 2. I already know that this summer is going to move way too fast. Here is a recap of what I did this week!
Welcome to the end of week 2! I can not believe how fast this summer seems to be going since we are already 1/5 of the way through. This weekly recap is little more relaxed but still full of fun activites.
Time is going by so fast, and I can’t believe we are already done with two weeks of the program. But, if I were to describe this week in three words, it would be: spontaneous, studious, and full-of-caffeine.
Week 2 as a NIST intern has been some of the most personally challenging physics I've dealt with! I thought that the last 3 years of rigorous classes could have prepared me for anything, but I was severly mistaken.
I've heard it said (mostly by philosophy majors) that philosophy is the study of knowledge. I'd like to counter that. Successfully editing Wikipedia is the true study of knowledge.
Hello everyone!! My name is Emily Pavasars and I am the SOCK intern for the summer! Let me introduce myself before I get started on how my week went. I am a rising senior at Valparaiso University majoring in Physics with minors in Math and Education.
